Dagny Taggart is a kick-ass woman. She decided at a young age that she’d run Taggart Transcontinental Railroad someday. She worked her way up and accomplished this. Her work ethic throughout Atlas Shrugged is stunning and inspiring. It’s easy to look at a character like Dagny and think you could never be like her. Whether they’re real or fictional, we tend to look at successful people who have accomplished these incredible things and wonder how in the hell they did it. How did Dagny accomplish her goals, when my dreams seem so far away?
She did it by completing her PDPs.
In Praxis, each month we complete PDPs. Personal development projects are scheduled exercises that we create to reach our goals. We decide on tangible steps we can take every day towards reaching our goals. We steadily chip away at our goals.
